At CCM, supporting our communities means investing in the people who will shape their future. Through CCM Cares, we’re committed to partnering with organizations that empower young people, build confidence and create opportunities for the next generation to thrive. Last month, we had the privilege of welcoming one of those incredible organizations, Queen IAM, to our headquarters for a day filled with inspiration, entrepreneurship and empowerment.
Led by women with a mission to uplift women, Queen IAM creates opportunities for young girls to discover their confidence, develop leadership skills and believe in what’s possible. Throughout the day, participants shared their talents, celebrated their achievements and reminded everyone in attendance of the power of encouragement and community.
The event opened with an uplifting performance by the participants in the Queen IAM Empowerment Program. Guests then explored the Queen Boss Market, where the girls showcased their products and businesses they have been creating over the last year.
CCM is proud to partner with organizations like Queen IAM that are making a difference and creating spaces for young women and girls where they can feel encouraged and inspired.
