Employees recognized Veterans Month by giving back to community organizations.
CCM partnered with NEOPAT to host a volunteer day at Rid-All Green Partnership urban agriculture center.
Rid-All’s urban agricultural center is located in the heart of Cleveland, a green oasis within an urban landscape. The urban agricultural center offers programming and volunteer opportunities with a special focus on supporting Veterans and members of the Military community, addressing the invisible wounds of trauma and PTSD.
CCM employees spent the day planting trees, turning compost, and maintaining the grounds to help Rid-All winterize the property. At the conclusion of the day, employees gathered for a farm-to-table meal alongside Service Members, with special guests Cedric Tillman from the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Browns mascot Chomps. CCM presented a surprise check for $5,000 to both NEOPAT and Rid-All Green Partnership.
