  The CCM Foundation focuses its charitable giving on organizations supporting the pressing needs of women, youth, military members and CCM employees in crisis. Donation amounts vary by request and are determined by the CCM Foundation Board of Directors.

• Who Can Apply?

  CCM team members can submit requests for donations to non-profit organizations that align with the CCM Foundation’s philanthropic priorities to support women, youth and the military community. If you’re interested in applying to a donation to an aligned non-profit, apply here.

  CCM Cares is our commitment to making every community we serve a better place to live, work and raise a family. Every employee across the country has the ability to live the CCM Cares values by making a difference in their neighborhoods and communities.

• How is the Foundation funded? 

  The CCM Foundation was established through a significant financial contribution by CCM Founder and CEO, Ron Leonhardt. Additional funding is raised through CCM employee donations and other fundraising efforts.
